The Glenn Davis Society
Named in honor of our founder’s husband, The Glenn Davis Society allows you the opportunity to leave a gift that will last well beyond your years.
Although no one is eager to plan for their passing, this deep meaning is what prompted “Mary” to leave the Cancer Support Community in her will. As the first person to make a gift to the Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor through a planned gift from her estate, “Mary” was the first member of The Glenn Davis Society. “Mary” was moved to give after losing her husband to cancer. She said she gave in hopes that other families dealing with cancer did not have to deal with it alone, as she and her husband had.
The Glenn Davis Society recognizes individuals who have made arrangements for a future gift to the Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor through their estate planning. These gifts are very meaningful to the Cancer Support Community, as they support our mission to provide support, education and hope to people touched by cancer. We are honored that friends consider the Cancer Support Community in their long-term planning. With permission, those who confirm their intentions become members of The Glenn Davis Society and will be recognized within the center.
To become a member of The Glenn Davis Society, there are just two simple steps:
- Make arrangements for a gift of any amount to the Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor through your will or other estate planning documents.
- Sign a Letter of Gift Intent.
Members of The Glenn Davis Society are recognized in Cancer Support Community materials.
