Most Cancer Support Community programs are offered at our main center located conveniently off US-23 (2010 Hogback Rd., Suite 3, Ann Arbor, MI 48105). The Cancer Support Community is open 9-5, Monday-Thursday, plus select evenings and weekends for programs.

Meditation has been shown to decrease anxiety, improve sleep, and help manage symptoms and side effects. Join us for a guided mindful meditation weekly. Located in Community Room 214A/214B at Trinity Health Cancer Center – Brighton.

Engaging in gentle exercise can help boost immune function, reduce stress, and keep your body strong. Located in lobby at Trinity Health Cancer Center – Brighton.
Wednesdays 5-6 pm
Join us for free individual Reiki sessions at Trinity Health—Brighton in partnership with the Cancer Support Community. Our Reiki master will provide an energy technique by hovering their palms just above your body, moving them into a series of positions to help promote relaxation and reduce stress. Participants will remain fully clothed, with the option to remain in a seated position or by lying flat on a massage table.
Sessions are available to patients, survivors, and loved ones. Reiki will be held in Community Room 214A/214B at Trinity Health Cancer Center –Brighton, 7575 Grand River Ave., Brighton, MI 48114.
Thursdays from 5 pm – 8 pm
All Canton groups, classes, and workshops are held at Trinity Health Cancer Center – Canton at 1600 S. Canton Center Rd., Canton, MI 48188.

The Cancer Support Community and Trinity Health are proud partners in providing free counseling services to all patients and loved ones receiving care at Trinity Health Cancer Centers in Ann Arbor, Brighton, Canton, Chelsea, and Livonia.
Services offered by our oncology counselors include adjustment to illness counseling, depression and anxiety screening, relaxation strategies to reduce anxiety during difficult and painful procedures, and more. Counseling sessions are offered free of charge; neither patients/loved ones or their insurance will be billed for this service.
