CHILDREN, TEENS & FAMILY PROGRAMS

The Cancer Support Community offers a wide array of support, exercise and social activities designed to help children and their families connect to others dealing with similar issues.

KIDS KICKING CANCER

Kids impacted by cancer are invited to join us for this virtual version of our popular kids’ martial arts class. Our partners at Kids Kicking Cancer guide children through upper body exercises, deep breathing, and meditation to help manage difficult emotions like anxiety and anger. Register here and we’ll send you everything you need to get started!
Thursdays 4:30 – 5 pm

KID SUPPORT, TEEN TIME, & PARENTING SUPPORT

This four-week series on Zoom brings together families impacted by cancer to share support. After starting all together, separate groups will break out for parents, kids, and teens. Age-appropriate activities using art and play help kids express their feelings, while parents and teens have their own spaces to talk with others who truly understand. We schedule this series based on interest and availability, so sign up today and we’ll be in touch soon about scheduling.
