Support groups have been shown to help people improve the quality of their lives. Support programs are available for all people affected by cancer, including friends and family members, and children.
Educational workshops are led by experts on a variety of topics. These events will provide opportunities for acquiring tools and information about cancer, along with techniques to learn how to be an active participant in your cancer care.
Stress management & exercise programs are designed to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve balance, and increase muscle tone and mass for people with cancer, and those who support them. Cooking and nutrition classes are taught by a registered dietitian, and explore the role nutrition plays in your cancer journey.
