After a 3-year hiatus, the Cancer Support Community’s Game Day Charity Beer Garden is back! The Game Day Charity Beer Garden is a fundraiser for the Cancer Support Community and its Sprout Love Financial Assistance Fund that directly grants money to families impacted by cancer to cover basic living expenses.
The Charity Beer Garden is held every University of Michigan home football game day at Stadium Club, Ann Arbor (327 East Hoover). The comfortable, family-friendly garden atmosphere is just 450 feet from the stadium and features craft beverages and food from Slow’s BBQ.
The event is free to enter, and craft beverages are available for purchase for $6. Several TVs will play pregame coverage for your enjoyment while you relax in the beer garden. The Charity Beer Garden is all the fun of a tailgate without the work. The Charity Beer Garden will open 2 hours before kick-off for morning and afternoon games, and the last call will be at the end of the second quarter. The garden will open 5 hours before kickoff for night games, and the last call will be 15 minutes before kickoff.
